Tiny leaks can create a big mess as time goes by. Thanks to the Orbit 71003 smart flood sensor, which includes three sensors and a hub, homeowners can quickly fix these small leaks before it becomes a big problem. When the sensors are exposed to water, the B-hyve hub immediately sends a notification to a smartphone, which is why even a drop of water can't escape the sensor! The sensor connects to the hub via Bluetooth, then the hub communicates with your mobile device through the B-hyve app. Now you got more reason not to worry so much.

The sensors use a CR2032 Lithium battery (DC 30V) and are not rechargeable. For maximum performance, Orbit recommends replacing the batteries on an annual basis. Please note that using a different battery can lead to electric shock, explosion, and even fire hazards.
